ORDER :-

.     Learned APP tenders the copy of the judgment in Sessions Case

No.18 of 2017 delivered by the same Judge on the same date, which

has connection with the present impugned judgment and submits

that the prosecution has filed Criminal Appeal No.99 of 2018 for

enhancement of sentence and Application for Leave to Appeal by

State No.18 of 2018 challenging the acquittal of the other accused

persons in that case, who are also the accused persons in the present

case. Under such circumstance, these matters are also required to be

heard along with the present application. Hence, both these matters
