Investigating Officer of the subject CR, informing the respondent no.2 about the appeal being filed by the appellant seeking suspension of sentence and his release on bail in an offence registered under the provisions of POCSO Act. She shall also be apprised about her right to be represented before this Court either by remaining present in person or by seeking a counsel through legal aid or by engaging counsel of her choice.
