3. Considering the fact that the matter is fixed for judgment, there shall be stay to the proceeding bearing SCC No. 812 of 2020 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Akola for three weeks from today.

4. Incharge of the concerned police station shall ensure the service of notice to the non-applicant within three weeks.

5. The applicant shall serve the non-applicant by private mode.
