2. Both these petitions raise a common issue in respect of

denial of petitioners' claim seeking approval to their appointment on

compassionate ground on the ground that they were recruited against

the posts which have been created from the self-generated funds /

income of the zilla parishad.

3. This Court in the matter of Amol S/o Sahebrao

Suryawanshi Vs. The State of Maharashtra and others (Writ Petition

2 WP / 6245 /2023 +

no. 9119 of 2021 with connected matter) vide judgment dated

20-08-2022 has already considered and decided the issue.

4. Issue notice returnable on 11 July 2023. Learned AGP

waives service for respondent no. 1 in both petitions.
