This is an application seeking stay of the execution of the

impugned judgment and award dated 24th November, 2021 passed by

the M.A.C.T., Palghar in M.A.C.P. No. 41 of 2019.

2. Mr.Kasar, learned counsel for the applicant submits that earlier

by an order dated 16th November, 2022 stay was granted to the

execution of the said order subject to the deposit of the entire decretal

amount, however, later on the amount was deposited which is recorded

by an order dated 15th June, 2023 and therefore the stay be granted on

the execution till the final disposal of the appeal.

3. Having heard learned counsel and having perused the papers, let

the stay granted earlier to the execution of the impugned decision

continue till next date.
