2. Learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Nanded, is directed to
decide the Criminal Bail Application No.118 of 2023 within a period of
one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Attention of
this Court is adverted to the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court dated
28.04.2022 in RE:To Issue Certain Guidelines Regarding Inadequacies
And Deficiencies In Criminal Trials [Miscellaneous Application No.505 of
2022 in SMW(Crl) No.1 of 2017 (arising out of impugned final
judgment and order dated 20-04-2021 in SMW(Crl) No.1 of 2017
passed by Supreme Court of India] and the consequential amendment
in the criminal manual. Learned Addl. Sessions Judge is further
directed to comply those directions and pass necessary order.
