order dated 15.07.2022. There is delay of 124 days in filing the application against the said judgment and order.

4. In the meantime, it is ordered that sentence awarded by the learned Magistrate and confirmed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Nagpur vide order dated 15.07.2022 shall remain suspended.
