1. Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that pursuant to an

order passed by this Court on 3 rd June, 2019, by which stay was

granted to the impugned judgment and award by the Tribunal,

applicant has deposited the entire decreetal amount before the

Tribunal. However, there was some delay in depositing the said

amount. The statement is accepted.

2. As such, the order granting stay to the impugned judgment

and award shall continue to operate till the next date.

3. Application stands disposed of.
