1. The applicant has filed present application seeking stay to the impugned judgment and decree. According to the applicants, during pendency of the suit, from 1991 till today there was no interim relief in favour of the respondents. The learned Trial Court has stayed execution and operation of the order for a period of 30 days.

2. Hence, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (a) till 6th March 2023.

3. Stand over to 6th March 2023.
