1. Heard Ms. Raghavan, learned counsel representing the applicant-the Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited and Mr. Morbale, learned counsel representing the respondents 1 to 11/writ petitioners.

2. Prayer made in this Misc. Civil Application is that the Writ Petition Nos. 9881 of 2019, 6496 of 2019, 9903 of 2019 and 8310 of 2019, which are pending before Aurangabad Bench of this Court be transferred to Nagpur Bench of this Court as the subject matter of these writ petitions and that of Writ Petition No. 542 of 2018, pending at Nagpur Bench, is the same. Such transfer of petitions from Aurangabad to Nagpur may be necessary to avoid duplicity of judgments.

3. Accordingly, the Misc. Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which reads as under: -

(a) Pass an order and/or direction transferring Writ Petition No. 9881 of 2019, Writ Petition No. 6496 of 2019, Writ Petition No. 9903 of 2019 and Writ Petition No. 8310 of 2019 pending before the Aurangabad Branch of this Hon'ble Court to the Nagpur Bench of this Hon'ble Court, Bombay, and direct its consolidated hearing and disposal along with the Nagpur Writ Petition viz. Writ Petition No. 542 of 2018 filed against the Applicant which is in the stage of hearing before the Nagpur Bench of this Hon'ble Court;

4. The Misc. Civil Application stands disposed of.
