Learned Counsel for the applicant and respondent No.1-

complainant, on instructions, submit that the parties have amicably

settled the dispute in view of the Consent Terms. The Consent

Terms have been signed by the parties. The Consent Terms are

taken on record and marked as "X" for identification.

2 Since the parties have settled the dispute amicably in this

Court, in view of the judgment of Supreme Court in the case of

Damodar S. Prabhu Vs. Sayed Babalal H. 1, the applicant shall

deposit 15% of the cheque amount with the State Legal Services

Authority within three weeks.

3 In view of an amicable settlement of the dispute, the

judgments and orders of conviction rendered by learned Judicial

Magistrate First Class, Madha, Solapur, on 10 th January, 2018 in

Summery Criminal Case No. 733 of 2016 as well as learned

Additional Sessions Judge, Solapur, on 13 th March, 2019 in

Criminal Appeal No. 41 of 2018, are quashed and set aside.

4 The applicant is acquitted of the offence punishable under

Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act.

5 The bail bonds shall stand cancelled.

6 The Revision Application stands disposed of in the aforesaid

terms.

7 List the Revision Application for compliance on 10th January,

2024.
