1. These matters have been listed for speaking to the minutes of the order
dated 5th December, 2023.

2. Ms. Swati Kapadia, learned counsel appears for Respondent No.5 and
submits that in paragraph No. 2 of the said order it should have been mentioned
that Mr. Saurabh Nagarsheth represents Mr. Dinesh K. Aggrawal and not Mr.
Mehta.
3. A look at the appearance slip given to the learned Registrar which is
hand-written and no where indicates that Mr. Saurabh Nagarsheth appears for
Respondent No.5.
4. This Court has repeatedly circulated notices directing the Advocates to
give their appearances in the format as per the High Court website filled up
legibly in capital letters. It has also been made clear that no speaking to the
minutes for appearances will be entertained. Despite the same, repeatedly
Advocates are moving praecipes for speaking to the minutes for correcting the
appearances while failing to give their appearances as directed. This Court once
again makes it clear that the appearances have to be given in advance as per the
format on the High Court website legibly filled up in capital letters failing
which their appearances shall not be recorded and no application for speaking
to the minutes for the appearances will be entertained.
5. As any by way of indulgence, in the present matter in paragraph No. 2 of
the order dated 5th December, 2023 in the third line before the name of Mr.
Priya R. Soparkar 3 of 4
4 3 and 4 oar 11-23 and ors-os.doc
Dinesh K. Aggrawal, the following words be added "Mr. Saurabh Nagarsheth
representing".
6. Let the order be corrected. Rest of the order remains as it is. Let the
corrected order be uploaded as soon as possible.
