This is an application seeking stay of the execution of the

judgment and award dated 17th January, 2023 passed by the M.A.C.T.,

Mumbai in Claim Application No. 883 of 2013.

2. Mr.Mehta, learned counsel for the applicant would submit that

the claimant has already filed execution proceedings. Learned counsel

submits that stay be granted to the execution of the impugned judgment

and award subject to deposit of the decretal amount.

3. Having heard learned counsel and having perused the

application, issue notice to the respondents returnable on 8th September,

2023.

4. In the meantime, let there be a stay to the execution of the

impugned judgment and award subject to deposit of the entire decretal

amount with interest within a period four weeks.
