Mr. Tambulkar, learned counsel appears for the respondent No.1 and submits, that since the order dated 30/1/2013 (page 28), which directs the respondent Nos.3 and 4 to pay the arrears of salary in terms of the judgment of the learned School Tribunal is an interim order, the Writ Petition No.3709/2012 be heard finally. This prima facie indicates an intention on the part of the respondent No.1 of procrastination, considering which, the respondent No.1 shall personally remain present before this Court on 18th August, 2023.
