2. In the judgment of the Scrutiny Committee there is reference to the petitioner producing false validity certificate. The employer has conducted departmental inquiry and found the petitioner guilty for producing false validity certificate.

3. Place the matter for admission on 5th July, 2023.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to file rejoinder. The leave, as prayed for, is granted.
