1. I have today heard Dr Sabban for the Appellants and Mr Kumbhakoni for the Respondents again on the questions on the starting point of interest. Authorities have been cited. In addition, Dr Sabban has presented some authorities on the question of parity, i.e., the comparable land instances depending on location, area and so on. Mr Kumbhakoni has dealt with these authorities as well. I will consider them in the Judgment.
