It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the cousin aunt of the petitioner has been issued a validity certificate pursuant to the judgment in Writ Petition No.622 of 2023 ( Ms Vedika d/o Sunil Pawar Vs. The Scheduled Tribe Caste Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Yavatmal, through its Member Secretary) decided on 10-4-2023.

2. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent to examine the aforesaid aspect.
