RULE. Rule made returnable forthwith and heard the learned

counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner no.1-Education Society is conducting the

petitioner no.2-School. It seeks permission to fill in the post of Junior

Clerk at the said school on account of retirement of the earlier incumbent.

Requests in that regard have been made on 05.12.2019, 16.11.2022 and

11.02.2023. The matter is pending with the respondent no.2-Education

Officer (Secondary).

3. In these facts, the respondent no.2-Education Officer

(Secondary) is directed to consider the petitioners' application seeking

permission to fill in the post of Junior Clerk. The decision on the

aforesaid proposal be taken within a period of four weeks from receiving

the copy of this order.

4. With these directions, the writ petition is disposed of. Rule

accordingly. No costs.
