. Heard learned Counsel for applicants and learned

Counsel for respondent No.1.

2. Learned Counsel for applicants submits that, this

Court has disposed of First Appeal No.534 of 2018 fled by

the respondent No.1. After passing of the judgment and

order and original claimant Gajarabai Rohidas Shinde is

died. Her heirs and legal representatives are already on

record. It is necessary to withdraw the amount deposited

 by         the    respondents.   Hence,    requested           to      allow

 application.

3. Considering the submissions of both the learned

Counsel, application is allowed in terms of prayer
