. The Applicant has challenged the impugned judgment dated

20/08/2019 whereby the Appellate Bench, Small Cause Court, Bombay

dismissed the Appeal and confirmed the eviction decree.

2. Learned counsel for the Applicant makes a statement that the

Applicant has given an undertaking that the Applicant shall handover

quiet, vacant and peaceful possession of the premises to the landlord.

3. In the light of said statement, issue notice to the Respondents,

returnable on 03/10/2022. Private service is permitted.
