2. By this application, the Applicant has sought stay to the execution

and implementation of the impugned judgment and award dated

20.01.2022 passed by the MACT, Kolhapur in MACP No.297 of 2015.

3. Learned Counsel for the Applicant states that the Applicant-

Insurance Company shall deposit the entire amount as per the impugned

judgment and Award, before the Claims Tribunal, within four weeks. In

the light of the said statement, implementation and execution of the

impugned Judgment and Award is stayed till the next date of hearing.
