1. By this application, the Applicant has sought stay to the execution

and implementation of the impugned judgment and award dated

5.11.2019 passed by the MACT, Thane in MACP No.642 of 2014.

2. Learned Counsel for the Applicant states that the Applicant shall

deposited the entire amount as per the impugned judgment and Award ,

before the Claims Tribunal, Thane, within four weeks. In the light of the

said statement, implementation and execution of the impugned Judgment

and Award is stayed till the next date of hearing.
