Claimants have challenged the common Judgment and Award dated

14/11/2008 in Land Acquisition Reference No.1 of 2005 and other

connected References by fling separate appeals/cross objections.

Parties are directed to fle a list giving registration numbers of the

appeals fled by the acquiring body, by the State as well as the

appeals/cross objections fled by the original Claimants in the said

Land References, with corresponding Land Reference Number,

survey number, area of the acquired land, compensation ofered by

the Land Acquisition Ofcer and enhanced by the Reference Court in

each of these References. Same be fled in the registry within a

period of one week. Registry thereafter to tag all the matters and

list the same on 19/09/2022.
