Mr. Patil, learned APP on instructions from the Superintendent,

Open Prison, Paithan, District Aurangabad submitted that, the Petitioner

has been acquitted by this Court in Appeal No.753 of 2010 by its Judgment

and Order dated 5th October, 2021. That, the Petitioner therefore has been

released from Jail on 29th October, 2021.

In view thereof, present Petition has become infructuous and is

accordingly disposed off.
