1. Mr. Surel Shah, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners/judgment-debtors informs that the possession is already taken by the respondents /decree -holders in execution proceedings.

2. According to him, the Petitioners are willing to deposit the amount of compensation and also seek liberty to move an application for restoration of possession.

3. As such, the Petitioners are at liberty to take appropriate proceedings.

4. Stand over to 16th November, 2022 as prayed by the counsel for Petitioners.
