3. We direct the respondent to decide the application of

the petitioner dated 7.4.2022 filed under rule 20 sub-rule (3)

read with rule 20 sub-rule (7) of Minerals (other than Atomic and

Hydrocarbons Energy Minerals) Concession Rules, 2016, in

accordance with law, preferably within eight weeks from the date

of receipt of the order.

4. Rule is made absolute in the above terms. No costs.
