. By this Application, the Applicant has sought stay of execution

and implementation of the impugned judgment dated 26/07/2018 in

Land Reference No.362/2010.

2. Learned counsel for the Applicant states that entire compensation

as per the impugned judgment and award shall be deposited before the

Civil Judge, Senior Division (Reference Court), Nashik within a period

of four weeks.

3. In the light of said statement, execution and implementation of

the impugned judgment dated 26/07/2018 is stayed till the next date

of hearing. Issue notice to Respondent No.1, returnable on

06/12/2022. Learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of

Respondent No.2.
