on the date of the judgment and order the substantive sentence has been suspended by the learned trial Judge. The suspension would come to an end today in view of filing of the appeal. Accordingly, it is ordered that the substantive sentence shall remain suspended till disposal of this application.

10. The appellant shall furnish PR bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rs. Twenty Thousand only) and one surety in the like amount before the trial Court.
