1. By this application, the Applicant has sought stay to the execution

and implementation of the impugned judgment and award dated

03/02/2021 passed by the MACT, Nashik in MACP No.265 of 2013.

2. Learned Counsel for the Applicant states that the entire amount

has been deposited before the Claims Tribunal, Nashik. In the light of

the said statement, implementation and execution of the impugned

Judgment and Award is stayed pending hearing of the appeal.
