Court in view of the circular dated 1.9.2015. By the said circular,

matters, value of which was upto Rs.1 Crore, were to be be transferred to

the District Court. The records reveal that the impugned judgment was

passed by the District Court. Hence, this appeal cannot be transferred to

the District Court for decision.
