1. Learned counsel for the Appellant states that the
compensation as per the impugned judgment has been deposited
before the ofce of the Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation
Act and Judge, Third Labour Court at Mumbai.
2. Learned counsel for the Appellant, under instructions
from Mr. Gaurav Sonik, ofcer of the Appellant-Corporation, who is
present before the Court, states that the Appellant has no objection
if the said amount is paid to the Respondent and that subject to
approval by the Appellant-Corporation the appeal shall be

withdrawn. He seeks time to take necessary instructions as regards
withdrawal of the appeal. Time is granted.
