2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant

has challenged the impugned Judgment and order passed by the

Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (for short 'the MACT') on various

grounds. Hence, requested to stay the impugned Judgment and

award.

3. Considering the submission of learned counsel for the

applicant and grounds raised in the application, impugned

Judgment and order passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal

is stayed till the next date subject to deposit of entire award
