                    1]       It appears that Regular Civil Suit No.230 of 1995 for injunction

was initiated by the Plaintiff against Shankar Mali i.e. his uncle. I am informed against the judgment and order in the said proceedings, Second Appeal is pending in this Court.

2] Counsel for the Appellant in response to the court's query submits that details of said Second Appeal shall be furnished before this Court by the next date.

3] In view of above, stand over to 21/11/2022 by way of last chance.
