1. By this application, the Applicant seeks stay of the
execution and implementation of the impugned Judgment and order
dated 22/04/2022 passed by M.A.C.T., Mumbai in Claim Application
No.1209 of 2014.
2. Learned counsel for the Applicant states that 50% of the
compensation will be deposited before the Tribunal within a period of
four weeks and that the balance amount along with interest will be

deposited in four weeks thereafter.
3. In the light of the said statement, execution and
implementation of the impugned Judgment is stayed till the next date
of hearing.
4. Ms Varsha Chavan, learned counsel waives service of notice
on behalf of the Respondent. Time to file compilation of documents is
extended by four weeks.
5. Stand over to 28/11/2022.
