1. By this application, the Applicant seeks stay of the

execution and implementation of the impugned Judgment and order

dated 18/01/2022 passed by M.A.C.T., Mumbai in Claim Application

No.2178 of 2016.

2. Learned counsel for the Applicant states that the entire

compensation as per the impugned Judgment will be deposited before

the Claims Tribunal within a period of four weeks.

3. In the light of the said statement, execution and

implementation of the impugned Judgment is stayed till the next date

of hearing.
