1. Learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks leave to
withdraw the Petition. He submits that during the pendency
of the Petition, the Petitioners have been acquitted by the
trial Court vide judgment and Order dated 18/07/2022,
passed in RCC No. 1364 of 2020.
2. It also appears that the parties have settled their
dispute and there is a reference to the same in the said
judgment.

3. Considering the aforesaid, nothing survives for further
consideration in the aforesaid Petition.
4. Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
