. The challenge in this petition is to the judgment and order passed by the College Tribunal dismissing the appeal filed by the Petitioner challenging his termination on account of the alleged misconduct.
2. The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner was appointed as a Laboratory Attendant in the year 1995 and has five years to go before he attains the age of retirement / superannuation.
3. Considering the circumstances, the petition to stand over to 10 November 2022 for final disposal.
