1. The above Chamber Summons seeks an amendment in light

of the fact that the claim of the Original Decree Holders/Claimant

against the Judgment Debtors has been assigned in favour of the

Applicant as per the Deed of Assignment dated 31 st October, 2012.

Despite service, none have appeared on behalf of any of the other

parties. After perusing the Chamber Summons and the Affidavit in

Support and after having heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf

of the Applicant, the above Chamber Summons is allowed in terms of

prayer clauses A and B which reads thus:

"A. This Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow to remove name of Original Decree Holder and allow the Applicant to carry out amendment as per schedule.

B. This Hon'ble Court be pleased to grant consequential Amendment."

2. The amendment shall be carried out within a period of two

weeks from today.

3. The Chamber Summons is accordingly disposed of. No

order as to costs.

4. This order will be digitally signed by the Personal Assistant

of this Court. All concerned will act on production by fax or email of a

digitally signed copy of this order.
