Heard.

2. We have gone through the salary bill, which is placed on record by the respondent Nos.1 to 3. A bare perusal of the salary bill is enough for us to say that it is no less than an eye wash for the petitioner as well as for this Court and is prepared just to show that there is a compliance made by the respondents with the judgment of this Court. One of the documents annexed to the salary bill shows that although PAN number of the petitioner has been stated therein, name of one Laxmikant M. Kalambe has been mentioned. It appears to us that respondent Nos.1 to 3 had prima facie committed willful disobedience of the directions issued by this Court. Therefore, we direct the respondent Nos.1 to 3 to remain personally present before this Court to show cause as to why charge for

3. Meanwhile, these respondents are at liberty to make attempts in the matter by sending proper salary bill without any further delay.

4. Stand over to 20th October, 2022.
