2. By this application, the Applicant has sought stay to the execution and implementation of the impugned judgment and award dated 03/01/2022 passed by the MACT, Raigad, in MACP No.126 of 2013.

3. Learned Counsel for the Applicant states that the Applicant- Insurance Company shall deposit the entire amount as per the impugned judgment before the Claims Tribunal, Raigad within four weeks. In the light of the said statement, implementation and execution of the impugned Judgment and Award is stayed till the next date of hearing. Issue Notice to Respondents, returnable in four weeks.
