                        ORDER :

1 By this Interim Application, the Applicants/Respondents are

seeking condonation of delay of 33 days in filing the First Appeal against

impugned judgment and award dated 03.02.2020 passed by M.A.C.T.

Nashik.

2 Having considered the averments in the Interim Application,

I find that there is satisfactory explanation for the delay in filing the First

Appeal. Accordingly, the Interim Application is made absolute in terms of

prayer clause (a).

3 The Registry shall take the First Appeal on file.
