ORDER :-

It has been little over seven months since conclusion of

hearing of these appeals. For one or the other reason, the

judgment/s could not be delivered within a reasonable time. This

Court, therefore, enquired with learned Counsel Mr.Chatterji, as to

whether he wanted to have the appeals re-listed for hearing.

2. This Court, during hearing of the appeals, had made

some observations regarding merit thereof. Taking a clue thereof,

learned counsel Mr.Chatterji urged for listing of the matters for re-

hearing.

3. The appeals, therefore, stand de-part heard. List the

appeals before appropriate bench.
