Civil Application is disposed of. Civil Application No.2650/2022 seeks withdrawal of the entire amount awarded by the Reference Court and deposited in this Court as well as in the Reference Court.

Though the request is opposed by Ms.Athalye, learned counsel for the appellant, however considering that the entitlement of the Respondent No.1 is not disputed and there is a dispute only regarding quantum, 50% amount is permitted to be withdrawn, subject to the Respondent No.1 furnishing the usual undertaking with the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
