Civil Application (F) No.2642/2022, seeks condonation of delay of 562 days in filing the First Appeal, challenging the judgment of the Reference Court. Though the same is opposed, however learned counsel for the appellant Mr. Ingole, upon instructions, having made a statement, that the appellant/original claimant shall not be entitled to any statutory benefits including the interest payable under the Land Acquisition Act for the period of delay, which statement is accepted as a statement made before the Court, the delay is condoned subject to the aforesaid statement made by the learned Counsel for the appellant.

First Appeal St No.7478/2017 The appeal challenges the judgment dated 11-06-2015 passed by the Reference Court on the ground that that the compensation claimed before the learned Reference Court ought have been fully allowed, considering which, Admit.

Learned AGP waives notice for respondent nos.1 and 2 on merits.
