2. Mr. Talsania, learned advocate appearing for IDBI Bank Limited is present before us. He tenders a judgment and order dated 20th September, 2022 of a coordinate Bench in Writ Petition No. 2833 of 2012 (All India IDBI Officers Association vs. Union of India & Ors.) with connected matters and submits that since it has been held there that no writ petition would lie against IDBI Bank Limited, the writ petition may be disposed of in the light thereof.

3. We have read the judgment and order dated 20th September, 2022 passed by the coordinate Bench of this Court and share the views expressed therein. Since the writ petition would not be maintainable against IDBI Bank Limited, this writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the
