1. By this application, the Applicant has sought stay to the execution

and implementation of the impugned judgment and award dated

20.12.2021 passed by the Commissioner of Employee's Compensation,

2nd Labour Court, Thane, in Application (ECA) No.38/C-7/2015.

2. Learned Counsel for the Applicant states that the Applicant- shall

deposit the entire amount before the Claims Tribunal within four weeks.

In the light of the said statement, implementation and execution of the

impugned Judgment and Award is stayed till the next date of hearing.

3. Office objection to be removed within one week.

4. Issue Notice to the Respondents, returnable on 14.12.2022.
