1] Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
2] During the course of argument, learned counsel for the applicant made a statement that when the first appellate court delivered judgment, present petitioner was absent. Hence, the first appellate court issued a warrant against him. It is yet not served upon him.
3] This is utter disobedience of law. Hence, this court is not inclined to pass any order on the application for suspension of sentence and grant of bail, until the revision petitioner surrender himself before the first appellate court.

4] Issue notice to respondent. Further orders with regard to suspension of sentence and bail are kept in abeyance till the revision petitioner surrenders himself before the first appellate court. Keep the matter in abeyance with liberty to mention before the Vacation Court.
