1. The order of respondent no.4 dated 10.07.2017

was set aside by the order of the Minister on 06.03.2020.

The learned Single Judge of this Court delivered a judgment

on 18.03.2021 in Writ Petition No.5173/2020, setting aside

the order of the Minister and sustaining the order of

respondent no.4 herein on 10.07.2017.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that though

respondent no.4 has directed his sub-ordinate Officer,

respondent no.7, to register a criminal complaint against

respondent no.6, respondent no.7 refuses to obey the said

direction.

3. Respondent no.7, Shri Divijay Dilip Aher, shall

remain present in the Court to explain his conduct of

defiance, on 6th June, 2022.

4. List this Petition on 6th June, 2022, in the urgent
