Judgment and Award passed in Land Reference No. 5/1999

by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Oras, Dist. Sindhudurga.

The Respondents in the First Appeal, were the claimants

before the Reference Court.

2. Interim Aplication No. 1857 of 2022 is moved by the

sisters of Respondent Nos.2 to 6 for their impleadment as

respondents in the First Appeal.

3. Mr. Dashrath Ramchandra Jadhav, Respondent No.6

has filed an affidavit to state that he has no objection to

implead the sisters (applicants) as party Respondents.

Affidavit of Dashrath Jadhav is taken on record and marked

'X-1' for idetification. Mr. Jadhav is present in the Court.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the Respondents seeks

time to take instructions from Respondent Nos.2 to 5. Time

granted.

5. Stand over to 17th June, 2022 for further consideration.

6. Pending appeal, Respondent No.1 passed away.

Other Respondetns shall forward the particulars of the legal

representatives of deceased Respondent No.1 to the State, so

as to bring his legal representatives on record. Same shall

be done before 17th June, 2022.
