1. By Interim Application No.2949 of 2022, the Insurance Company seeks stay of the impugned Judgment and Award dated 20/10/2021 passed by the M.A.C.T., Pune in M.A.C.A. No.412 of 2015.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the Insurance Company has good case on merits and it is ready to deposit the entire decretal amount alongwith interest, being computed till 31/03/2022, within a period of six weeks of today.

Subject to the aforesaid deposit within a period of six weeks, there shall be stay to the effect and operation of the impugned Judgment.

FIRST APPEAL NO.393 OF 2022 Issue notice to the respondents, making it returnable on 11/07/2022.
